Fashion", founded in the early 1980's, focused initially on the specialty touristic sector and was committed to redefining the tourist retail experience, with a vision for expansion. Soon, Fashion was manufacturing quality leather wear, and various other items and offering these items in retail stores in Kusadasi, a small holiday resort near the ancient city of Ephesus, in Turkey. Three more souvenir shops were opened in 1988, and in 1992 Fashion began exporting it's leather wear to neighboring Greece and Bulgaria.

At this time, exporting became our focus. We began exporting handcrafted souvenirs and other Turkish products to new destinations, most notably to the United States, and to several other European countries.

In 1998 Fashion started importing some very unique handcrafted items from neighboring Iran and Syria, as well as Greece, Spain and Italy. We added these unique items to our offerings to our overseas customers.

In 1999 we focused on improving our retail division. We were especially interested in bringing quality jewelry into the mix. Fashion partnered with "OK Jewelry" producers of fine jewelry, offering among other treasures the best precious stones and superior workmanship. We now have jewelry stores in Kusadasi as well.

In 2000, with a Greek company based in Athens, we established a production factory for chess figures where we also can produce statues or any similar items. The factory, built near Izmir /Turkey, we named "Meandros", the Greek name for the river that flows nearby.

We look to the future with very open mind and look forward to developing the company further every year. We endeavor to improve in the areas of quality and service with each passing day.
